Meditation and Caffeine

Most days I meditate, even when I don’t fully move out of the 3D (my mind), I still feel much better than when I ran marathons, surfed, and for sure when I drink coffee or soda. Being grounded as well as buzzing from a journey beyond the body, if I choose to have a soda or coffee (which I occasionally do…they’re simply yummy sometimes), I can then handle the caffeine boost in a more holistic way.
Wanna try it with me? Meditate for 10 minutes, just allowing everything to pass through. When you’re finished, the physical world will seem like the dream it really is. Let me know how it goes!
