How can you turn your next flight into a relaxing, mindful experience? Try visiting an airport meditation or yoga room.

Since the first yoga room in was opened in 2012 in SFO International, designated quiet rooms are springing up all over the US. In fact, it’s no longer just a trend but the future of air travel, as airports seek to improve the overall passenger travel experience.
